Warranty & Service

According to the warranty terms, you are entitled to free repair of the product within 12 months from the date of purchase. Return and exchange conditions are outlined in Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."

Warranty service may be denied if:

• operating instructions were not followed;
• damage was caused by excessive load or misuse;
• unauthorized repair was attempted;
• the warranty card is lost.

Important: Warranty service includes repair of any complexity, provided that the product was used according to the instructions included with your device.
