Delivery & Payment
When using Nova Poshta services, delivery to your chosen branch will take between 1 to 3 days. All orders placed by 4:00 PM are processed and shipped the same day.
You can easily track your delivery status on the Nova Poshta website or in your personal account (if registered). Shipping costs are calculated according to the carrier's rates. However, if you purchase a product marked with a "Free Shipping" sticker, your entire order will be delivered free of charge — regardless of the total amount or presence of other items in the cart.
Please note: The parcel is stored free of charge at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 business days. After this period, it will be returned to the sender.
You can request courier delivery by Nova Poshta directly to your home or office.
Delivery takes up to 5 days. Once your order arrives in your city, a Nova Poshta representative will contact you to arrange the exact delivery time.
Please note: Courier delivery is more expensive than delivery to a branch, so we recommend confirming the cost in advance.
You can pay for your order online through the LiqPay service provided by PrivatBank.
Please note: Your card must be enabled for online payments. If you’re not sure whether this option is available, please contact the customer support service of the bank that issued your card.
Payment for the order can be made in cash or by card directly upon receiving the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch.
Note: Nova Poshta charges a fee of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount for the Cash on Delivery service.
After receiving your parcel, you have 14 days to conveniently check the ordered items and decide whether they meet your expectations.
The refund will be processed within 10 days, provided all items are intact.
Note: Returned products must not be damaged or used. All original packaging, gift sets, and labels must remain intact.
